Refund Policy

A refunded product will be returned only if it has been unused and has been kept in its original packaging with a proper a receipt/invoice and proof of purchase.

If the original coffee package has not been opened/tampered with and it aligns with our refund policy we will be able to issue a refund. However, you will be responsible for making your own shipping arrangements for returning our product. We are not responsible for lost packages.
